PUPILS at St Mary’s Primary School in Bridgwater have been supporting Operation Christmas Child, an annual appeal by the charity, Samaritan’s Purse.
The pupils filled a huge number of shoeboxes with all sorts of small gifts, which were carefully wrapped and then despatched to children living in some of the poorest parts of the world, in time for Christmas.
The school has supported this charity for several years and the children always look forward to the event.
